Dhoni’s army has become the world champion on the night of 2nd April, 2011. All team members including Yuvraj Singh, Sachin Tendulkar, Zaheer Khan, Gautam Gambhir, and Suresh Raina played a role in the victory, but the person Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni who showed the dream of the hard work that brought them to the destiny. Dhoni is now India's most successful captain, which not only countries legend but around the world are beginning to acknowledge.

Australian media also praised Dhoni's captaincy. Australian newspaper 'The Australian' said the Indian team is capable of becoming the world champion. 'Sydney Morning Herald' wrote in his column for the famous cricket writer Peter Robuke says, " the final day was the day of Dhoni and he is now India’s heroe ".

Kapil Dev made the first the victory in the year 1983 and won world cup then Sourav Ganguly transported to the final in 2003. Now in 2011, Dhoni made the history winning the second world cup title to India.

Captain not at all become great only winning the world cup but their ability to get the best performance of the team gives them respect in every genre of games.

Dhoni won the first world Twenty20 World Cup in 2007 to the team and then in December 2009 led the team in his first time in history reached the top of the Test rankings. Dhoni did not stop here, at the present time; the team is also king of Test cricket. However, just it is still remaining to get this honor in the One Day International matches but the Cricket World Cup title in 2011 made sure that also will be crossing this milestone.
